A new chapter for Fountaine Pajot Yachts
With the Y120, Fountaine Pajot takes another major step into the world of large luxury catamarans. At 35.5 metres in length and 14.8 metres in beam, the Y120 offers approximately 613 m² of living space and a volume of 490 GT. These dimensions place the yacht firmly within the superyacht category, while retaining the defining advantages of a multihull: generous space, stability, natural light and a strong connection with the sea.
The yacht can accommodate up to 12 guests and 8 crew members, within an architecture designed around volume, natural light and uninterrupted views towards the horizon.
Architecture designed around the experience
One of the defining features of the Y120 is its vertical architecture and the succession of dedicated living spaces across its decks.
The design creates remarkable forward-facing perspectives, while each level offers a distinct environment for relaxation, entertaining and enjoying life at sea.
The 102 m² main salon, 143 m² aft cockpit and 72 m² beach club perfectly illustrate the scale of this new flagship.
At the top of the yacht, the flybridge becomes a private viewpoint overlooking the ocean. At the heart of the yacht, the panoramic salon and its large openings blur the boundaries between inside and outside. Closer to the water, the beach club creates a dedicated space directly connected to the sea.
An owner’s suite conceived as a private residence
The Y120 has been designed as a true residence on the water.
Extending across the full beam of the yacht, the owner’s suite provides approximately 77 m² of private living space. Its generous proportions, natural light and direct relationship with the ocean perfectly reflect Fountaine Pajot’s approach to luxury: creating a yacht around the owner’s lifestyle.
This philosophy extends throughout the yacht. Every Y120 can be developed around a highly personal vision, with extensive freedom in terms of layout, materials, finishes and interior configuration.
A truly bespoke yacht
The Y120 is not simply a fixed production model.
Each project is developed on a bespoke basis, through close collaboration between the owner, designers and Fountaine Pajot Yachts’ teams. The objective is to create a yacht that reflects the owner’s lifestyle, cruising programme and personal preferences.
This co-creation approach allows owners to work on everything from the layout and interior finishes to materials, equipment and cabin configuration.
Designed to go further
Behind its spectacular living spaces, the Y120 remains a yacht designed for long-range cruising.
The power version is fitted as standard with twin 1,300 hp engines, with an optional configuration reaching 2 x 2,000 hp. It carries 4,000 litres of fresh water and 14,000 litres of fuel, with a stated range of up to 3,000 nautical miles.
This level of autonomy is part of a wider philosophy: giving owners the freedom to extend passages, spend longer periods at anchor and explore more remote destinations with greater independence.
Y120 and Y120S: two interpretations of the flagship
The Y120 is also available in a sailing version, the Y120S, offering the same architectural philosophy in a sailing configuration.
At 35.5 metres, with a 14.81-metre beam, a 2.80-metre draft and standard twin 913 hp engines, the Y120S can accommodate up to 12 guests and 8 crew members. An optional engine configuration of up to 2 x 1,318 hp is also available.
