Located off the northwest coast of mainland Greece, the Ionian Islands encapsulate the beauty of the Greek countryside and the nobility of Venetian architecture, and therefore promise a combination of verdant landscapes with a distinct and appealing Venetian flavour. The islands beg to be approached by sea, revealing their charms slowly, but at other times, in an instant. They provide endless charter opportunities; each island its own little world with its own rhythm.

Day 01 : Corfu

Full of appealing villages and excellent beaches, Corfu has plenty to keep the anchored seafarer entertained. The island has long been a favoured stopover, and as such it is an amalgam of numerous inherited cultures and architectural styles.

Day 02 : Corfu – Paxos

Whilst crossing to Paxos, take in the imposing Ermitis Cliffs dropping precipitously into the sea along the northwest coast of Paxos. Anchor in a quiet cove or take the tender ashore to the buzzing beaches.

Day 03 : Paxos – Anti Paxos – Levkas

Cruise along the enchanting necklace of coves on the east coast of Paxos towards the tiny island of Anti Paxos. Snorkel through the crystal clear waters before heading to Levkas.

Day 04 : Levkas – Meganissi – Levkas

Levkas boasts an interior of wooded hills encircled by a coastline of high cliffs. Spend another day of water sports activities in the deep coves and turquoise bays of Meganissi, the largest islet in the southern part of the island.

Day 05 : Levkas – Ithaca

Cruise on to the quintessential Greek island of Ithaca. Explore a landscape that resonates with ancient folklore: the cave of the Nymphs, the fountain of Arethusa, and the palace of Odysseus. In the early evening go ashore to the tavernas that line the bijou ports.

Day 06 : Ithaca – Cephalonia

The largest island in the Ionian, Cephalonia has a dramatic and varied landscape. Berth in Fiskardo, Cephalonia’s northernmost port and step ashore to one of the many tavernas.. Cruise south to Myrtos beach, with its white sand and azure waters under sheer cliffs.

Days 07 + 08 : Cephalonia – Zakinthos

The southernmost island in the Ionian archipelago, Zakinthos is worth the detour for its vineyards, orchards, olive groves and fantastic beaches. Before heading back to Cephalonia, relax in the therapeutic sulphur springs around Keri
